Ostheer Doctrinal and Hitler?

because stalin is already shown on one of the doctrinal pictures at the russians, I have asked myself how the community thinks about the following. Should Hitler also be shown on one of the doctrinal pictures of the Ostheer or not?

I don't care. I mean if it makes sence to show a picture in connection with the ability it's ok. But i personally have no need for this.

Maybe the doctrine could be " Obediance" and have abilities related to buffs and upgrades.

That is an irrelevant statement, he is not saying he supports this or Hitler, just weather he should be on a doctrine image if it connects.

Just  a representation of Hitlers pressence in the military is all that needs to show, if Ostheer had a doctrine like Propoganda than It would work, but I for one am not saying Hitler should be a doctrine, just a picture of him among mixed units.Its really no big deal.

It should be on an ability like "inspiring speech."

I prefer picture of Gunderian, Paulus  or Manstein. And yes, I still prefer that the doctrines are called Armies of North, Central and South.

I really don't care either, as long as it fits with the idea of the doctrine (like what has been said before). Hell, people could even put up Mengele's mug as an icon for a medical-related ability as long as it's "justifiable" lol  ;D ;D ;D

I would leave Hitler out imo.

I don't see any practical reason to include a picture of Hitler. That is to say I can't think of, or know of for that matter, any army doctrine that could accurately be represented by a picture of Hitler. I'm not saying I take offense to the idea, just that with the majority of Ostheer concepts out there it wouldn't make sense to see a picture of Hitler. I believe pictures of Field Marshals (ie Von Manstein) or well known generals such as Guderian would make much more sense.

The Soviet forces set precedent for the use of a controversial figure to be included in the game. Only because the Germans lost do we cower over even mentioning his name or the SS in the Ostheer. Come on guys, its a World War Two game and Hitler was pretty important in World War Two.

If Hitler would won the war, Stalin's picture would be restricted to show in this mod. :D By the way there wouldn't be any differences, becouse not the NKVD terrorized the people but the GESTAPO. In Hungarian language Santa Claus called "Telapo", there are some great jokes about confusing the two word.  ;D
Is there some law in germany, not showing Hitler and other nazi stuff I think, like here, so I don't think it should include Hitler in the mod.

Nazi stuff like SS and shwastikas are illegal , Im not sure about a pic of hitler in a game :-\

I agree that Hitler just doesnt fit in the Ostheer doctrines, but its just because there is not a doctrine that is fit for a picture of him, if there is one out there, no problems here.

We don't want our mod to become a fapping ground for Neo-Nazis... that's one good reason for keeping him out.
Sure, Stalin was bad, but the majority of contemporary Communists detest him, so fapping is minimal. He is more of a nationalistic figure, and not the figure of an entire ideology unlike Hitler.
