AI no tanks?

is this just me, but any faction i am against doesnt use tanks. PE and Wehr only use motorcycles and halftracks no panzers. us and brits only use light vehicles jeeps bren carriers etc.

Played against AI just before the patch was released (with 1.10) and it used tanks.

I played against an Easy PE and despite them building all Tiers, the only vehicle they produced was a BergeTiger. May have been because they were easy tho.
