I think you'll find what everyone else was trying to say is...that's what the package contains currently.

You get the red army today, which gives you new gameplay with new units and 3 entirely new doctrines, some additional maps and tweaked AI. 

That's a shedload in my view. And it's certainly keeping us entertained !

The other things you're asking for are for future release so there is no campaign, no ostheer and no reward units today.

So, you cant play germans yet?  ???

The German faction is still in development. At this moment you can only play as the original german factions against the russians.
