Which Soviet Union Doctrine is best to pick?

My favorite is Propaganda War Strategy, but I notice that many players pick the Breakthrough Assault Strategy. I love Propaganda War Strategy and when you pick a doctrine, the Propaganda War Strategy looks more encouraging and inspiring. I think you guys would know why.
Come on guys, this is not about flamethrowers. This is about if Propaganda War Strategy is better, or if Breakthrough Assault Strategy is better, or if Urban Combat Strategy is best.

I pick Urban, Purely for the Duel Flamethrowers

I like them all, urban is my favorite though, for the sniper ace.

If I have 2 early T-34 on the field - breakthru. Mechanics, tank riders, Il-2.

HAHA I'm tearing up I laughed so hard , didn't expect you to do that, I didn't think I mentioned it THAT much ha ha  21 times ha ha, You missed a couple I am quite sure but 21 is high enough. :)
But no, I am not a pyromaniac, I just want to see a decent Flame trooper in at least one game, Less pyromaniac more of Flammthrower enthusiast :)
