KI russian Army doesn´t work.

Hi there,

first of all: this mod is really great!!! Respect to all for their work.

My problems:

1) I have installed OF than ToV and the patches till 2.601.
Than I installed EF and the updates till 1.04.
Game is running nice when I am playing the russians against the Wehrmacht. But when I play the Wehrmacht and got the russians as KI enemy, a few seconds after starting the game my monitor starts to flicker and than the game stops. You still can see the map but I have to restart my PC. It only happens when the KI is playing the russians. I did not try it with the other nations. When I start the game with the ToV launcher I got no problems since release.
2) When I am seleting the russian 120 mm gun-howitzer and press stop to choose the target before I will fire, my PC stops and runs a few times while the howitzer is fireing, till the game stops and I also have to restart my PC.

I played the game first without and later with some new skins for the Germans, Americans and British. Problems are the same with or without them. I got no problems with this skins when I am playing ToV.

My system:
AMD Athlon Dual Core 2 GB
7600GT with 512MB
2 GB RAM

Anyone of you who can help please? It is really frustrating.

The graphics card may be your problem. Eastern Front is a little more graphically taxing than Tales of Valor, and this card was borderline anyway. Try turning some settings down and playing then. Does this happen on all the maps?

I found the reason. Two weeks ago I installed a new graphic driver 196.21 for my Nvidia card thinking it will work better playing Red Orchestra...
Today I deleted this driver and installed the old one 182.08 for my card.

Everything is working fine and I don´t got any problems. Also I can play on high resolution. Well not Ultra but the game is looking fine.

It really seems that EF does not like the new Nvidia driver in combination with my 7600GT.

Yeah, I would be careful using new drivers with your older card. Your best bet would probably be using the 18X.XX series drivers, like you are now.
