SU-85 to SU-100 conversion (1.04)

starting production of a SU while the Armoury upgrade is still being processed results in a SU-85 showing 100% built in the Tank Hall but not leaving the factory after the conversion to SU-100 is done. basically, the production queue in the Tank Hall shows a SU and all the consequent orders in the line but freezes until we click to cancel the SU production (all the resources spent are returned; the next unit in the queue is getting built)

The same hapenes with T-34/76->T-34/85.
Theres a topic about that bug somewhere.

It's an annoying bug. But! 1.05 is supposedly 'going to have a slight redesign to how the Soviet Faction techs.'

Yeah, as humans, we can cancel the 100% old units, but it seems that AI don't know how to do that so Soviet AI will end up can't build any units.
I really want that bugs fixed, why all other factions can build units while upgrading them but Soviet?
