the text doesn't function properly and it won't let me log in

the text comes up as $"lots of numbers" No Range
I have tried validating the files for the other versions of CoH and replacing the language in the CoH folder, aswell as reinstalling the mod 3-4 times.  Please if you can offer any other solutions they would be appreciated greatly.

I have the same issue man, have you had any luck solving it??
