Panzer Elite now speechless

ok, this sucks. panzer elite lost speech. prolly cuz of EF. cuz i heard devs used PE's. not sure whats going on. but installing it all over again is crazy. and i dont want to do that again just so EF can screw me up again  :-\ . really sucks when they are covered with bullets and not saying a thing, or when selected...etc.
