Ostheer Suggestions

#25501

Ostheer urban doctrine

support
-häuserkampf (garrisoned buildings can be fortified and gain more HPs)
-luftversorgung/supply drop (drops supply crates, units can reenforce and upgrade when nearby)
-henschel bombing (incindiary bombing run)

straßenkampf/street fighting
-flamethrower (enables flamethrower squad and flame tank PzII)
-sniper war (snipers now buildable)
-durchbruch/breakthrough (call a tiger II henschel version, only once)

Re: Ostheer urban doctrine

Uhh, don't try and make a identical copy of the Russian Urban assault for the Ostheer. It would prove no fun to play.
No one can stop the German panzer divisions.

what???

soviets:
flamers (upgrade for Ingenery)
not a step back
KV2 (arty tank)
partisans
sabotage (booby trap points)
sniper ace

ostheer
more hp for garrisoned troops
supply drop
bombing run
flamer squad and flame tank
sniper buildable (not a single sniper ace)
tiger2 (battle tank)

so where's the copy?
-flamers will be a new squad, not an upgrade to an existing unit
-sniper is not sniper ace, but you can call in "normal" snipers
-tiger2 is not like kv2

Re: Ostheer urban doctrine

Perhaps turn häuserkampf in an ability to fortify occupied buildings. Just like setting up a forward HQ, but instead of producing units, offering more protection to units inside and increasing the HP of the building. Effectively turning it into a sort of super-bunker.

Edit: I was wondering if it would even be possible to add a AT-gun that fires from inside the building? Honestly, I doubt it, but I remember seeing a mod that had an 88 in a bunker, so who knows.
