AI Soviet can cut barbed wire with Engineers.

Long title, but thats the long and short of it.

Drekplaats, i believe, me and two friends were Axis and comp stomping 3 AI Soviets and we set up barbed wire for their early rush and the Engineers cut the wire, we were surprised.

Thought i'd bring it up here.

All builder units in CoH can cut barbed wire.

Yeah I was gonna say...why is that a bug?

Well then something is wrong with my Soviet Engineers... I honostly couldnt cut barbed wire with them, there was no option i could see...

I guess its just me, i'll try to double check and test the Engineers more closely, and if it still dosent work i'll reinstall.

Edit: I cant believe i was so dense, aparently i need a whetstone for my mind im so dull.  Sorry again for being so unobservant.
