Does any one know the name of the menu music, I have tried to find it but haven't been able.

It's "The Hunt for Red October".

The other one is from "Enemy at the Gates", but I don't know the name of the composition.

Another is the National Anthem of the Soviet Union, Гимн Советского Союза.
