Propaganda leaflets now useless
Is there anyway to still make the Soviets be affected by the propaganda leaflets drops or has the "retreat" function been entirely removed code-wise?

I've had leaflets dropped on me with no effect.

I asked the same question, they said something along the lines of tyring to make the leaflets instantly supress or pin the group of Russians.

Regardless though, that essentially breaks one of the Wehrmacht unlocks on their tech tree (I'm all for suppression if thats the best we can do).

why not enable retreat, but just remove the button from the UI and the hotkey so they are unable to anyways.

retreat's functions, the UI, and hotkey are hardcoded to work together. Its either no retreat period, or giving the russians the ability to retreat therby causing force-retreat abilities to work.

We're figuring out a way we can get the Propaganda to work effectively in an other way, like suppress or slow Soviet troops but still force retreat other Allied units. Same goes for the Officer ability.
