Problems to lunch the game /downloading the file

Hey guys I need your help

Can't lunch the game. When I click on the lunch game buttom it tells me this:

this application couldn't start because XThread.dll can't be find the re installation of this application can correct the problem

So I re instalt the game but it still tells me the same message...

Have you guys any ideas?

Google that .dll  THeres a website that has every single .dll known to man. It's somthing like dll files.com or something.
