[Solved]Update 1.01 not applying to game

I am having troubles with the 1.01 update. I have the 2.601 version of CoH and I have downloaded and installed the EF launcher update. The EF launcher starts normally, and when I click the "Show Info" button, it tells me I have EF version 1.01.
So far, so good.
When I start a skirmish and get in-game though, none of the updates have carried over. (Ex. Ingenery still 3 pop cap, still have rolling fortress doctrine ability, etc.)
Is anyone else having the same problems I am?

You probably got the bugged patch that was out for a few mins (10 or so), try downloading this one http://files.easternfront.org/ef_patch/EF_Patch_1.01.exe and installing it.
