Is there a spot in your team where someone could join and contribute a massive amount of ideas for you guys to use?

I'm not trying to joke its just I have so many Idea for Ostheer and Russian Units and also campaigns for them to.

Ideas are useful, but don't warrant becoming part of the team. Idea's don't model, animate and code themselves, if that was the case we'd have been finished long ago ;)
