Tank Riders

I have noticed that noone has ever noticed this but the tank riders call in is worse than kangaroos because the guys on the T-34 won't die until they get off and when the T-34 dies they have 100% health. That ain't right :-\

I noticed that 1 of my tank riders did die when a ostwind hit him with a shell, but for them having 100% health after the T-34 is destroyed does kinda seem wrong.

They should work like the PE halftrack, in my opinion.

I tried to storm a base once. I spawned the Tank Riders to rally straight to the enemy base. I went off to micromanage other things, and one it turned up I decided to check on it. All the riders were dead but the tank had little damage. Im not sure on the specifics regarding what kills them though.

Huh wierd, whenever I use them the guys on the tanks hardly take damage however one time I ran over a grenade with my tank riders and two guys were killed.

Snipers, Grenades and Side/Rear armour hits tend to kill them. I'm not sure if they can get hit by MG's or small arms fire because the Tank acts more like an enclosed Halftrack where the units are protected from that sort of thing,

But it is still very funny that you drive this tank backwards through the enemy lines :D

Well if u want to get tankriders off the tank i would suggest flamers. Those killed my riders in a few seconds down from the tank.

heaps of my tank riders have been killed whilst on top of the tank. they've been hit by shells, mg fire and sniper fire.
and when my tanks have been destroyed my tank riders do loose health.

perhaps it depends on the situation
