Capping Power and a possible fix.

It seems to me that the Soviets ability to spam infantry squads and cap points everywhere really fast is whats resulting in a lot of people dissatisfaction.

My idea is to restrict the soviet units that can cap points to Conscripts, Strelky, Guards, Partisans and Tank riders.

This way it stops the infantry completely outnumbering and stealing all the points away from the small PE squads, but makes building the Mustering Tent a necessity, so people cant just pump out loads of Snipers, Mortars and Tankhunters.

This might well be an awful idea but I thought it might do some good...or not haha.

What do you think?

Sounds like an interesting idea. I'd say let's try that.
If someone does not like it: What about reducing the capping power by half?

Well I think fast capping is good because they cant lock down territory, its just the amount of capping rather than the speed, imho anyway  :)

How about just conscripts cannot cap?  Combined with the ingenery nerf everyone and their mom is screaming for, atleast the ingenery will have something to do.  Make other not basic infantry (PTRD, sniper, etc) have very slow capping power to optimize the distinct disadvantage the soviets have; being singled out. 

= no crazy early cap + reduce ingenery to an Engineer role (as in the US army engineers.)
