Terror Doctrine

I dont know if this was intentional or not, but the Terror Doctrines "Forced Retreat" Has no effect on the Russians, seeing as they cant retreat.  I was wondering if you were going to gimp the Whermacht Terror Doctrine against the Russians, or if this was an oversight.  Eithor way, i'd thought i'd bring this to your attention.

Propaganda is useless but inspired assault is now one of the best abilities in the game.

the fact that they can't run is a huge advantage if you ambush the russian inf! My first game online I played at PE and caught 4 squads of Strelky and killed every last one because they couldn't run! Ambush and hitting hard and fast is the way to beat them!

Thats not the point i was making though, was it?

My point - to the both of you who posted in here, is that if you did use Propoganda, it wouldnt work.  The fact that the russians cant retreat and that Propoganda is 'useless' is besides the point essentially gimping Terror Doctrine of 1 special ability.

spend the ammo on firestorm... works best against Soviets anyway... they can't retreat :p

I think we were working on a way for Propaganda to hinder the Soviets in some other way, by slowing them or pinning them. It would make a good counter for MG rushing  ;)
