Ok, I was in an MP game against an MG spammer, so I needed armor, but the Tank Hall was too expensive and he had all the oil to himself, and alongside the removal of the retreat abillity, my few conscripts and strelky were stuck until a Flakpanzer came in and finished me. Historically, the Soviets had a massive oil supply in the Caucasus that the Germans wanted (which would lead to the disaster at Stalingrad), so perhaps balance it by making a little harder to get manpower but start with more oil and the abillity to trickle in faster? Thanks.
Also, when will the Ostheer be ready?

Or learn to actually take and hold the fuel on the map. This isnt a balance problem

I think he needs help with MGs or rather how to defeat MGs with infantry. I think you should try out the Command Squad ;) I Heroic Charged 2 Conscript Squads behind an MG42 and kicked some arse, it also has a free (but long cooldown) artillery strike, in my own opinion, it's a must have for early game.

Indeed, that's exactly what I needed. It's hard to take care of those MG's because you can't retreat and don't have easy access to armor.

The commissar has artillery call-in and fire-up. Also there is the For the Motherland ability and mortar, Katyusha and snipers to take out mgs.

In all honesty I am not a "comp stomper," I used to just play 1v1 all the time when I played CoH, I've only recently really got back because of this mod. I really tend to avoid anything over 2v2 because I have a crap computer and I can hardly watch a howitzer without even a little lag on low. I wasn't too bad myself at CoH, you can PM me for a game if you don't believe me :P I'm definitely not the best but I'm willing to give things a go.
