[Solved]$77900 No Range

The game works fine for me, but I'm getting this. Also, all in game buttons, xp, weapon damage, sector values, engine damage, etc.

I've reinstalled a couple times.

Open the file called 'locale' in your CoH folder and copy-paste what is written there.

What language are you using?

Also the local file is located in CoH/Engine/Local and Eastern_Front/Local

Tried copy-pasting the file Eastern_Front.English.ucs from the EF/Locale folder. Then I found the Locale folder from COH, and tried that. Still nothing.

What files do you have in CoH/Engine/local ?

Just the folder "English" with RelicCOH.English.ucs inside

Do you have a file called 'locale.xxx' in the main CoH directory (forgot the extension), and what does it contain? Does it work with vanilla CoH?

I have one called Locale that is just a notepad file containing:
[locale]
lang=English

And then another called localizer.dll

And COH was working fine yesterday

This is very irregular, I'm not sure how you would fix this. I will look into it, but Rizz will most likely beat me to an answer :P

Fixed it!

Went into the COH properties, Local properties, and then verified local game files. Now it's working.

I have the same problem, but what is "COH properties"? The folder properties? I'd like to know XD

Also, let it be noted that at the moment when I try to start the game ,to see if these properties are actually in-game, it says i must download a 1.34mb patch, and when i do, it opens the relic downloader client/torrent, then gives me an error that I don't have CoH installed. Which is ridiculous, I just had it open and running :(

Sounds like he runs the game via steam. Open steam, right click Company of Heroes and go to Properties. Find the Local Files and then verify the integrity of the game cache.

Sounds like this RelicCoH.English.Ucs was corrupted.

I am having the NO RANGE problem as well, I have performed all the steps and still no change except the number after $ has changed. I have tried changing the launcher start path with no change.

Can't remember if it was fixed in a released patch or not, but it is definitely fixed in 1.05.

You talked a lot about 1.05, which seems to be able to fix lot of stuff. But when will it come out? Just an estimation.
