EF_setup.exe error

When i attempt to run the installer i get the following error:

"This version of the file is not compatible with the version of windows your running. Check your computer's system information to see weather you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 ... "

I am currently running a Windows 7 64-bit OS, is my OS supported?

I'm using Win 7 64 bit and it works fine for me.

I downloaded a corrupt installer from the MEGAUPLOAD mirror, I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence (hope so).

Just finished downloading the piratebay torrent and it is currently installing fine, long live the pirate bay!
