Let's carry the big guns...

Hey guys, first of all thanks again for this great mod!

I've just a simple question. I know that the russians are not able to carry MG42 or Paks from the germans, but if the russian Pak is 'out of men' it would be nice if I could get it back with a troop of mine. Should that be possible or not?

When yes, this point have to be set on your to-do-list. :)

I think a lot of the things like "No retreat" etc were actually things they couldn't figure out how to get working with the mod. So rather than delay the mod they turned it into how the faction behaves and balance it in other ways. Re-manning is one of those things if I remember correctly.

Soviets cannot recrew at all because there is a bug that makes the game crash when you try and recrew weapons. This is hardcoded and nothing can be done about it unless Relic chooses to help us (don't hold your breath)...

No Retreat is a game design thing... not a bug... we chose to take that out ;)
