[1.03] A small mistake on the french translation

Hi, i don't have much time to play tonight, but after launching the game (who looks incredible), i have noticed a mistake in the french translation.

On the skirmish screen, when you select the armies, it is written "Soviètique". The fact is, this is the singular form of the name whereas all others armies are listed with plural forms "Britanniques, Américains".

In fact, you just need to add a "s" after so it is "Soviètiques".

J'ai pris le temps hier de relire le magnifique travail accomplis pour arriver à ce résultat !

J'ai moi aussi constaté quelques erreurs de trad' donc je me suis permis de modifier ces erreurs...

Just a "post-it" to remember that the french translation still need to replace "Soviètique" by "Soviètiques" in the army selection screen in skirmishs / multiplayer.

J'ai corrigé les erreurs et j'ai envoyé l'ucs corrigé à WartyX qui s'occupe de l'intégrer au jeu.

C'est parce que j'avais pas vu qu'il existait un sous-forum réservé à ça. Enfin peut être qu'à l'époque il n'était pas encore là.
