Early download?

Hi, let's just get right on the matter. In the BF2 mod Forgotten Hope 2, they made the download aviable days before the release, but attached a password to the torrent which would not be made public before the releaseday.

Maybe you could do the same to the Eastern Front mod? So that people can have the mod the 21st, but not be able to install it before that day.

This way, people with crappy bandwith can enjoy the mod on the day of release alongside all the others. ;D

Just a thought. But I guess that it's too late now. :(

That was the original intention, but we decided it was simply easier to release it as per normal.

Sigh :) Isn't it obvious by now? Devs are sadists.
They enjoy seeing the unwashed masses panting :)
