Problem with American t17 armored car and cannot use off map combat squad?

This is my first forum post... ever!

I played the Americans for the first time today and noticed the white phosphorus round for the t17, though could be selected, could not be used against any units?

Furthuremore, I noticed the infantry company command tree off map combat group, could not be used, supposedly because of pop cap, though it was not the case.

Is this supposed to be so?

I didn't have any problem using the white phosphorus ability though, did you try to use it against infantry or buildings? because for vehicles seems to work fine, or against which vehicles didn't work?

The infantry tree ability had a problem, so it will be fixed in the next update.

Apologies, I'd only tried using the t17 on infantry. It does work!
