Adding a Building called ''Red Army Promotion Center''

this structure allows you to promote your regular army into an elite fighting force.

upgrades are not purchased by resources but by how many nazis you killed. xp, xp, xp

Level 1 increases your resources rate by 5%

Rifle Company - commit infantry units who already saw action in other front. all infantry starts as Rank 1 Veteran
Support Arms Company - commit support infantries and vehicles who already saw action in other front. all support units starts as Rank 1 Veteran
Tank Company - commit light and medium armor units who already participate in other battles. all light and medium tanks are now Rank 1 Veteran
Breakthrough Heavy Tank Company - commit heavy tanks who already saw action on other front. IS2 tanks are now Rank 1 Veteran

Level 2 increases your resources rate by 10%

Red Banner Rifle Battalion - Red Army High Command awards your fighting men with the Order of the Red Banner for their heroism and gallantry for the Motherland! all infantry are now Rank 2 Veterans
Red Banner Support Arms Battalion - Red Army High Command awards your support arms comrade with the Order of the Red Banner for their heroism and gallantry for the Motherland! all infantry are now Rank 2 Veterans
Red Banner Tank Battalion - Red Army High Command awards your regular tank crews with the Order of the Red Banner for their heroism and gallantry for the Motherland! all light and medium tanks are now Rank 2 Veterans
Red Banner Breakthrough Heavy Tank Battalion - Red Army High Command awards your Heavy tank crews with the Order of the Red Banner for their heroism and gallantry for the Motherland! all IS2 heavy tanks are now Rank 2 Veterans

Guards Rifle Regiment - Now is the time to honor your brave fighting men with the elite guard status! all infantry are now Rank 3 Veterans
Guards Support Arms Regiment - Now is the time to honor your brave support units with the elite guard status! all support units are now Rank 3 Veterans
Guards Tank Regiment - Now is the time to honor your courageous tank crews with the elite guard status! all light and medium armor are now Rank 3 Veterans
Guards Breakthrough Heavy Tank Regiment - Now is the time to honor your courageous heavy tank crews with the elite guard status! all IS2 heavy tanks are now Rank 3 Veterans

Man. First of all:
Congratulation to your activity.
Next part: The forum has an EDIT button for posts and threads. There is no need to make a second thread within a couple of hours for stuff that could be adjusted by the edit function.
Last part: Your posted stuff make no sense at all. You are posting bit by bit whiteout any explanation or argumentation why your suggestions were needed. You are part of the beta so you know everything about the new EF version and faction design. When you have feedback ideas for the current version use the beta forum.

And by the way; I think your posts are 99% spam. They are spam because there is no link to the actual EF faction situation. There is no argumentation why your suggestion is needed. And out of my view they are broken/not well designed or a simple blindshot. Defined by quantity and not quality. But thats my personal opinion.
My tips: Slow down. Make a single solide concept. Use a single thread. Dont bombard the forum with numerous threads. Edit your posts. Explain your suggestions. Add replays, game analyse or try to explain the balance situation. Quality has more chance to make an impact on the EF development, not your quantity.

it's hard to reply there.. not much people will see.. here.. everyone will to know my ideas. then make up their mind if it's appropriate for the game..

I'm just suggesting if you can make the soviet faction veterancy system to be like this.
Because like many ef players complain about soviets are too OP.
Like the wehrmacht kampkraft centre but this one is purchasable by killing more germans.

Like in the real eastern front. The stavka never make a certain army to have a guard status. Unless that army perform heroic deeds. In coh ef term. You have to earn xp to unlock those veterancy upgrades.

I didnt saw any complaints that soviets are OP and if its so the reason isnt in their vet system.

This veterancy system is quite similar to the way the stavka promotes red army formations.
Imagine yourself as a general and you command an army let's say the 3rd army. It's a regular army.
But as you progress through the game. You kill enemy infantry and tanks and capture enemy points. In that way you earn points to unlock the veterancy upgrades.  Let's say the Soviet High command or comrade Stalin promotes you and your army into "order of the red banner" Vet 2 then eventually "Guards" Vet 3.
When you fully reach Guards status.
All fighting units except dankov and conscripts starts as vet 3.

Well, the combination of a global fighting veterancy and applying it to a certain unit type is interesting by itself. Question is rather how it fits into the faction gameplaywise.

It fits because you have to earn those veterancy through combat. Like the command points.

No soviet army has ever been awarded with Guards status unless that army had proven itself through combat. Historically speaking

So, what use would have munitions if the weapon upgrades cost xp points?

Well, the concept you are using doesn't match the suggestion you gave.

From what I understand is that your unit kills something, then you earn these xp points (somehow) into that building instead of the unit who killed them, then if another units kills another enemy those points get stored in the same building as well, something like a pool of xp points. Then you spend those earned xp points in global upgrades for one of the four types of upgrades.

However, that means no Soviet army will be awarded ever with Guard status if you decide to purchase veterancy for vehicles or support weapon teams with your hard-earned xp points your regular infantry made because there is no filter for who killed what.

Also, in the technical side, we would need to work in a SCAR method to use it to keep a record of the xp points somehow, and I'm not sure if it is possible because I don't recall any method available to handle that, Walki shall know better because he has worked more with it, but then I can assure than without using SCAR that can't be done.

And if it is possible to do it with the help of SCAR methods, it surely will be too much trouble for something that might be not worth the hassle (I mean, your suggestion sounds easy in paper, but in practice it is not).

Oh. If its not possible. Then maybe those global upgrades are purchasable through manpower and fuel.

Then we have wehrmacht on allied side. Even though I intend soviets to be something like the "allied Wehrmacht" I dont want to make them a carbon copy.

What about earning those upgrades by the number of germans you've killed. Any of your units. I mean. For example. 30 germans killed, 10 enemy tanks or vehicles and 2 enemy points captured unlocks all the first level of veterancy upgrades. Each one takes some time to be researched.

60 germans dead, 20 tanks or vehicles, 3 enemy point captured, unlocks all the red banner veterancy

80 germans dead, 25 or vehicles or tanks,  4 enemy point captured, unlocks the guards status upgrades.

That doesn't seem good to be honest. There is a reason why XP is used to measure veteracy levels and not other values, so we should stick to them.
