T90 upgrade for T70

May I suggest that the T90 be returned to be an optional individual upgrade for the T70 instead. cost 100 munitions. i know that it will undermine the T60s AA purpose but.. in my view. the T60 looks like a puma to me. and the T90 acts like a little ostwind.. the wehrmacht faction both had these guys and both of them shoots in the air. just suggesting.

No point in doing that. T70 performs decent against infantry and tanks, adding an upgrade that is anti infantry only is pretty lackluster.

no for anti aircraft... maybe you can fix it's gun to fire only air..

What's the point to have a unit exclusively shoot down aircraft? Wehrmacht has no planes, PE has only Henschel planes, and Ostheer has 3 airplane abilities. So you'll use that unit only if you play agaisnt either luftwaffe doctrine ostheer. Not worth.

are you removing the kugelblitz from the ostheer? i didn't see them in the beta anymore

Kugelblitz is still in the dev build, so no. I'd like to swap the Kugelblitz out for something a little less prototypey, but that's not  likely to happen since I have enough to do as it is.
