Firstly, there is nothing in there that says I was going to start working on anything you requested. I said "I can see" "I can try" "At the end of the day, it's up to balance". In other words, I agreed to exactly nothing.
Secondly, if you're going to start sharing PM's I send you, don't bother contacting me again.
Everything has a priority, and right now your ML-20 and B4 request is below my own ambitions to take the first commercial space flight to Mars.
