Other mods allowed to use your work

There are a couple of mods right now that are trying to add the Russians into their mod
E.X. the COH Ahile Factions mod

I was wondering if you were gonna allow them to use your work

For one, I'm not giving up my work to other mods. If somebody wants me to make them models I'll can see what I can do, but copy pasting from this mod is verging on self-plagiarism and would be pretty shit.

I'd charge if I were a professional, but i'm not, I just do this in my spare time. And yeah, I do listen to SOAD, well, did... I've listened to them so much they've become quite stale. They were my favourite band a few years back, they probably still are since I've found nobody to replace them.

There is pro and con.
It would allow nice mods to be built faster.

But at the same time, using someone else's hard earned
work and whipping a new mod in... 15 min, then claiming
your mod is kickass, and the original one is shit, would
be, well, wrong.
Especially if no credits are given where it is due :p

Depends on what side of the table you are sitting at,
really.

I'd have preferred this to come from Relic, but none
are coming, and these guys did stellar work. I say let
them bask in the spotlight a bit :)

As for other mod guys, ahhh...
Let them make their own models ;)
