Look at the screens, Commandant's sight range is huuuuuuge. I don't know why it happens, I thought you get a bonus from cover but it stays even when you move. It goes away after a while.

It was caused by a faulty veterancy modifier and it's fixed now.

Abuse is abuse and has to go.
