BETA: Romanian doctrin still broken beyond belief

It has 2 CP tank, just lol

4 CP DOUBLE YOUR MANPOWER INCOME FOR FREE!!! - yes I know you get 50% of other incomes but srsly this isn't a downside at all, manpower is the most valuable resource, you can spam squads with this shit like there is no tomorrow OR your 2CP tank!

there is no reason to pick any other doc at this point

The doctrine is broken and will be disabled iwth the next update, same with the other reward doctrines. I actually thought the update would've been published months ago already.

Let's say it's a mixture right now. It's not abandoned completely, but also no priority right now to work on. We'll re-add the doctrine after the steam release most likely.
