Possible strat that would be hard to counter

Just throwing it out there.

Ingenery flame thrower spam
Ingenery-ingenery-ingenery-ingenery-ingenery-armory-body armor-flamethrowerx4-surpport barracks-PTRS squadx2-Sniper team-Tank hall-T-34 spam

Just wondering as whermatch how you would counter this, I mean soviets would have a huge early advantage and your counter to ingeneries, pumas and flammenpanzer wagons would die to mines and PTRS squads.

Re: Possible strat that would be hard to counter

so does it work at the moment.

I like Russian tanks and small arms but German weapons will always be better.

If ur saying that these are counters I m wondering how mgs won't be flanked and how panzefaust well stop a tank with more armor and health than an M10.

Re: Possible strat that would be hard to counter

T-34's have trouble aiming, due to their crap vision field and inexperienced crew. They can have trouble dealing with StuG's and Paks, and any Gren/Sturm squads with Shreck and occasional LMG42 upgrades on top of that would see the spam pretty much thwarted. HMG42's would be nice too to keep those Sturmovies pinned.

Ingenery can easily killed my enemy Infanterie?
Body Amour effects only the Squads which are deployd to battlefield AFTER upgrade...

: I have NO problem with that :) But I think most soviet
tanks should have this malus/flaw as credit towards making
them awesome in other ways? (Cheap! Solid!)
: I hope T34/76 will keep it's historical HE superiority?
(compared to Pz4/StuG4 long rifle 75)(A hint higher than
Sherman75)
: I TOTALLY like the idea of T34/76. But WHY would I
make a tonload of them (historical) when I can't upgrade
them :p I'd like if they could be upgraded at HQ at least
Shermans can upgrade. (They ought to have made
Sherman76 more awesome AT but weaker AInf so there
is reason to have both. Oh well.

What I am saying, essentially, is that the T34/76 won't be
around for long. Get what I mean?
You know, there are many people in the country today who, through no fault of their own, are sane. Some of them were born sane. Some of them became sane later in their lives. It is up to people like you and me who are out of our tiny little minds to try and help these people overcome their sanity

Re: Possible strat that would be hard to counter

But the T34/85 research isn't always a worthy investment. It is expensive enough on its own, and you might want to spend those resources on something more desirable for the present situation.

Re: Possible strat that would be hard to counter

Hmmm... sigh.
I'm just worried people might be tempted to go straight
for the IS2 (No upgraded needed, and already good. While
the T34/76 can become obsolete).

Essentially saying everything should have a decent shelf
life. Otherwise, a lot of material will simply end up unused
deadweight, and that would truly be a shame.

My ultimate would be that everything is yummy and
worthy to be bought (depending on tactics/tactical
situation, of course). Right now, I see no point in buying
Pz4 when I have Panthers and StuGs :p

My question is if this was the case, as well as offering
suggestions to help make sure it would not happen?.

If the IS2 is good, don't be afraid to make it crippingly
expensive, for example (And the low firing rate, don'T
forget that) :)

The size of its gun continued to plague the IS-2, the two-piece ammunition was difficult to manhandle and very slow to reload (the rate of fire was only about two rounds per minute). Another limitation imposed by the size of its ammunition was the payload: a mere 28 rounds could to be carried inside the tank. [4]

Re: Possible strat that would be hard to counter

Yes, yes we know we know. Youve very clearly stated how the IS-2 will be the only worthwhile unit to make in the whole mod and how T-34's are useless. Why dont you wait until the mod comes out and see for your self?

Re: Possible strat that would be hard to counter

Hmm, because I don't have demo/mod, and the
proximity of release is driving me nuts :) That's why.
So I'm blowing up in a fishbowl so to speak.
- I love T34, I'm warning AGAINST that possibility.
T34 was inhumanely populous. I'd like the game
mechanics to encourage that?

Hmm. T85 upgrade not being worth it depending?
Expensive?
Hmm, will it be more expensive than the Sher/76
upgrade? (Which is an omni upgrade, all Sher get it)
If this upgrade is only for new T34's, hmm...

Make it cheaper than Sher/76 upgrade?
Make it so it unlocks T85 production while still can
make T76? (Yes, truncating for speed here, I am).

Just grasping at straws and scratching my head, here.

The IS2's stats are important, because they are part
of the T34's shelflife. Which is my point. Take to
example the Churchill/Cromwell dynamics. 14-16/8
pop. Yet same gun. THEN it's not worth it to go pure
Churchills. Only as a shield/Crusher. Get what I mean?
