When to get the T-90 instead of T-70?

I'm wondering because the T-70 is better for anti armor than T-90, but T-70 is good at anti infantry like the T-90. T-70 is better basically.

T-60 (T-90) is a lot better vs infantry than the T-70.

That would be true, but idk. T-70 is still good against infantry and can take on stuff like half tracks more easily than T-90.

Yes, T-70 goes more into the direction of a greyhound. You know, good against everything but very lightly armored. While the T-60/90 is more an infantry killer.

Be aware that the T-60/T-90 also serve as AA for the Soviets. It's a good unit to pick against Army Support.
