Trenches. Not even once!

We had them in at some point, like in very early version but we decided to remove them as they are considered a game breaking element.

I am surprised you even took the the time to comment after such an opening post, Walki XD.

Trenches for multiplayer? No.

In Campaign? Most certainly.

Please write a more detailed and deliberative post next time. The kind of 'game sucks becuz no Blitzkrieg damage and do this or that' posts are generally not the posts that achieve anything. After all, it says General DISCUSSION, not General LAPDOGS.

How does the game look poor and need more extras like blitzkrieg? And what do you mean with streamline?

This has been brought up before, and I can understand why, considering that Blitzkrieg is an impressive mod. However Eastern Front isn't trying to be that "kind of" mod. Blitzkrieg is based around realistic warfare similar to the men of war series. It also contains many of the units the Ostheer already use to a certain to degree. You also must consider not everyone enjoys the hyper realism of BK. So while we may gain a few players, we would also be alienating our original fan base.

However, if you enjoy the kind of trench warfare you speak of...may I recommend The Great War 1918 mod? http://store.steampowered.com/app/314420/
I hate to give attention to other CoH mods, but on the other hand they are, our "brother in mods."

Ah, that's much better. I believe English isn't your first language, however, it would be beneficial to pay more attention to what you type, comrade. Your topic gave me a rather rude impression. Nonetheless, we have foxholes for Ostheer and slit trenches for Soviets.
