Strelky 320 mp

Too expensive in my opinion. Landsers and fusiliers cost less and prove to be a better unit.

In order to get AT rifle or LMG/SMG upgrade, the strelky need:

The Armoury
Red Banner Strelky
Upgrade from support barracks
Red army tent
Men against tanks

The squad is obviously nerfed and if the upgrades weren't expensive enough to ACTUALLY make use of the squad, you need to further sink more munitions and fuel into getting the upgrades from armor to make use of them. Right off the bat, 320 manpower is too much compared to what extra 40 mp can get you with guards. Some may argue the AT rifle is why you would get this squad, but it is not very ideal since the squad's AI is cut in half (2 AT rifles, 1 flag) and the AT rifles aren't as efficient as getting an AT gun.

Compared to the ostheer,
The landsers and fusiliers can achieve the same thing at a lower cost, with better weapons/squad. 1v1 landser/fuslier beats strelky while still being cheaper and more effective at the jobs of LMG/AT/SMG rifle.

Nope, your biased opinion is wrong. Strelky squads were buffed massively with 2.100. Their health was buffed massively. I don't have the exact numbers in my head atm, but iirc it was around 62 health/model, which is almost 12 hp more than the old strelky had. The new Strelky has  362 health, the old one had 300. So, Overall you get 1 man more per squad compared to 1.700, for a total of 50 Manpower more upfront (270->320). So they're still comparably cheap for what they do.

Nope, also wrong, at least in several parts.

To get PTRS at rifles they neither Need an armoury or men against tanks. As soon as you've trained the Strelky squad you  can upgrade it with 2x ptrs rifles.

Men against tanks upgrade unlocks:
- At grenades for Conscripts
- VPGS at-grenades for Guards and Partisans
- 2nd PTRS package + Access to TM 35 at mines
- unlocks tank traps build menu for conscripts/Strelky

Red Banners on the other Hand increase Strelky Mosin rifle damage by 20% to equalize the loss of a single Mosin for the Banner carrier. Also, Red Banners gives all Strelky squads reduced received damage/received accuracy. Idk which values are in the current patch but I think it was around 10% more hp and -10% rec. accuracy.

There is no upgrade from Support barracks anymore. Either build Support barracks or tank hall and Strelky are unlocked. So, Strelky can be played with t1-t3 or t1-t2 strategies, as Long as you've built a Mustering Tent.

Strelky PTRS are meant to Support at guns and to prevent them from being circled by fast vehicles like ACs and Pumas. Just like schrecks pretty much. Sure you can also use them as main at, but you'll have Problems with being kited to death.

This is also not correct. Strelky beat Landsers, Volks, Grenadiers and Panzergrenadiers consistently fast on every range, and with red Banners they also beat every other axis infantry except for KCH/Stormtroopers with vet 3 (and even they get Problems against RBS strelky with ppsh/dp28). Against Panzerfusiliers it depends on cover. But in terms of upkeep they're at least equal to Panzerfusiliers.

It seems like you haven't used Red Banners at all yet, and you're completely underestimating them compared to mp40/mg34. I recommend you to Play some more games before judging.
