We can no longer build the field artillery with the Soviets?

I think it's better to have a firebase, than a god of war in the defensive doctrine.

Nope. With Katjusha artillery and Firebase u had too much pop limited artillery power on the field.
I think we will see the firebase in a reward doctrine ;)

personally the firebase needs more originality. It reminds me too much of the british howitzer emplacements and the american 105

Well.. sometimes efficiency is more important than originality. But since soviets received other light artillery options the loss of the firebase is acceptable ;)
