Ostheer vs Russia (Bunker, Mortar)
Hello,
I have a question about how to counter a russian player (human) who is playing a combination of Bunker + Heavy Morter (later adding a Pak). Bunker is of course build so that you can't approach from the side (there may be another bunker) or some masses of infantry. The mortar takes care of your HMG34, the bunker of infantry rushing in.
The only chance I have is get a Wespe (left doctrine, right branch, 2nd improvement), however, by that time the russian has a 105mm which counters the Wespe.
Even if you manage to get close by hitting the sides of the bunker it takes forever to destroy it. The fastest is to use Panzerjägers, which need about 10 rockets.
The leLG would be good but it doesn't hit anything at all.
Any recommendations?
