Katyushas are not firing.

Sometimes Soviet Katyushas do not fire. Their barrage icon is flashing yellow, but they just stand still, not firing.

So I cancel the fire order, or move them here to there, or change the barrage target, but I don't know the reason why they aren't shooting.

Uneven terrain is the culprit comrade. I think this even happened in VCOH sometimes. I don't think there is any fix to it, bummer :/. Just get your Kats out of holes, craters and certain hills.
