The ostheer 75mm field gun is nerfed too hard

There is no accuracy and damage, it kills like no one  >:(. And the area of effect is nerfed so hard that no one except for the direct hit target dies

Before it has howi gun stats so it was OP OP OPPPPPPPPPPPPP!
Now it is comparable to other mortars.
Russian HM who is 81mm I think is also not 1shot killing.

The 75mm Field gun is intended to be a mortar and it's performance was more comparable to artillery in the past. We'll check the stats again and see if there are changes necessary.

I agree with OP here. At first it was ofc too strong but right now it got gimped pretty hard. It does okay when vetted but getting that vet is hard with its current damage output. It can sometimes hit low health squads right in the middle of the squad and still kill no one. Ofc it has superior range and better protection but it cannot retreat and is expensive. Russian Mortar can rape an entire squad in the blink of an eye. So it could do with a small damage buff. Accuracy is excellent as is.

The LeIG had a well deserved bug, now it has been "standarised" with the rest of the mortars, while it's damage and area are weaker, I think it shoots faster now. Now it looks the mortar it should be, however this gun isn't really a mortar (needs to redirect manually, different arc projectile), so can't tell exactly if it's really underperforming right now, if it would need a buff it should be a really wee one, something like a bit more damage or the area it has lost, the worst features it had was both the 50% more damage than Wehr mortar and it's 20% extra damge to close enemies, making a whooping 54 damage which surpasses even the soviet mortar.

BTW I'll miss destroying unskirted Greyhounds with this ;D , looks like it's been nerfed against vehicles since it can't penetrate, it wasn't their role anyways.

Got one question: Wasn't the LeIG meant to outrange the soviet Heavy mortar (in the beta IIRC), does it do that now?

Yes, it worked like a StuH howitzer against soviet infantry units, so it was way too much to deal with earlygame.

Now it's not perfect but we'll tune the Infgeschütz further until we get a satisfying version going.
@ ATL : yes it outranges the Soviet mortar by 5m.

It was basically a mobile and better version of the OBR with no fuel cost, so previously it definitely was imbalanced

75mm leig was so OP, but now it takes several direct hits to kill a single man in a squad. :(  It seems its much weaker than the british rifle grenade or american mortar.

Actually it was like the 105mm Howitzer from Army Fortress in terms of overall damage output. I agree that we slightly overdid the nerf though. The damage will be finetuned for the next version.
