HELP IT WONT START

So I installed the mod just as instructed However I pressed play (I am on Steam) and The Gray Box That Pops Up Saying This Game is starting for steam pops up saying starting Company Of Heroes New Steam Version. And Then Nothing Happens No Game Starts up Nothing its like it never started. My Directory That it is installed in is the following (F:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch) The Other Directory That has Company Of heroes New Steam version is this one (F:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch) I never got mods to work when I installed them in the second directory only in the first someone help Please.

I'm having this exact same problem as of 9/7/13.  Everything is set up like it should, but when I click play the gray box appears for a split second as if it's loading then nothing happens. If I click again it says the program is already running, yet nothing in my task manager or processes indicates that it is.

Sometimes CoH takes a while to appear running, but if it says it is running, it should be.

Steam CoH uses steamworks, that means you cannot just copy the whole folder to another place and expect to work. It will only work in the directoy where Steam installed it. If nothing happens probably you installed it wrong. For further information look here:
