2.1.0.3. Molotov bug

Hi comrades, i have spotted some nasty pixels around molotov when conscript throwing it.

Ingame: Partyzan1917
a)"Tоварищи! девочки привезли!"
b)"Урааааа!"
a)"Oни были сыфилидны..."
b)"Уууy..."
a)"oни были советские!!!"
b)"Урааааа!!!"

I have the same + almost the same issue when T34 is firing. AFAIR Bishop said its a problem on my end :(

What settings do both of you play on?
Can you try to change some settings around and see if it works better?

Before I was on low , now I am on High and still having this. Few months ago I didnt have those problems ... maybe this have something with drivers idk.
Edit : now tested on Ultra (only shader quality was on high) - same thing :/

I don't have this problem in the release version, but it affects me on the SVN...
