I have wrote this in many other places and I'll say it here as well:
The real reason of removing RMC is because we will discuss about what we are going to do with it. The removal might be final, but that depends on what our players want. I'll make an announcement later, to ask the community about their feedback about this matter. We have two choices, either we make them a proper faction so they can be balanced properly(and use a normal HQ building instead of the HQ truck) or we just remove them.
[*]Removing will be the easiest part however, we know people liked them and since we have already released them several patches ago, it would feel odd... however you could say the same thing about supporting a new Brit faction for EF.
[*]Keeping them as it won't really help to balance, because they have inherent flaws that we cannot fix until we split them. That's why we are making this choice. Balancing a "reward" faction is not more or less difficult than balancing a "real" faction. Besides this benefits most to coders because we will have a cleaner place to work XD.
So, it is not as if they are permanently gone from EF, at least not now.
